These terms cover your use of the public WayUno website at wayuno.com. They do not grant access to, or govern use of, the WayUno application, which is in private beta and is not offered to the public. Separate terms will apply to the service when it launches.

What this site is

This website describes a product under development. It is provided for information only. Nothing on it is an offer to sell a travel service, and no booking, reservation or transaction can be made through it.

Forward-looking descriptions

Some features are described as designed, planned or being built. Those descriptions refer to work in progress and may change. Where this site describes an intention to integrate third-party travel data or booking channels, that describes our development direction and does not assert an existing commercial relationship with any named or unnamed provider.

We try to keep this page accurate and current, but we make no warranty that it is complete or error-free, and it may be changed at any time without notice.

Intellectual property

The WayUno name, logo, page design and content are ours. You may link to this page and quote it with attribution; please do not copy the design or present the content as your own.

Correspondence

Contacting us does not create a partnership, agency or contractual relationship. Any partnership would be governed by a separate signed agreement.
